Terms of Service

By accessing or using TirzTrack, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. Your continued use of TirzTrack constitutes your acceptance of these terms.

TirzTrack is a personal health tracking tool designed to help individuals monitor their progress while using GLP-1 medications. TirzTrack is:

• NOT a medical device
• NOT a healthcare provider
• NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years of age to use TirzTrack. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

All calorie estimates, nutritional information, and AI-generated insights provided by TirzTrack are approximations only and may be inaccurate. You should not rely on this app for medical decisions. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider before making changes to your medication, diet, or exercise routine. TirzTrack is not responsible for any health decisions you make based on information provided by the app.

TirzTrack uses artificial intelligence technology (Anthropic Claude) to estimate nutritional content, parse health data, generate insights, and analyze progress photos. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI outputs are estimates only and may contain errors or inaccuracies
• The app does not provide medical advice through its AI features
• AI-generated content should not be used as a substitute for professional nutritional counseling or medical guidance
• Anthropic processes your data through their API solely to generate responses and does not use API inputs to train their models

Progress photos you upload are stored securely in cloud infrastructure provided by Supabase. You retain full ownership of all photos you upload. You may delete your photos at any time. Photos submitted for AI analysis are sent to Anthropic's API for processing; Anthropic does not retain or use these images to train AI models. We take reasonable measures to protect your photos but cannot guarantee absolute security.

TirzTrack relies on the following third-party services to operate:

• Supabase — database and authentication
• Vercel — hosting and deployment
• Anthropic — AI processing
• Resend — email delivery

We are not responsible for any downtime, data loss, or data handling practices of these third parties. By using TirzTrack, you agree to the terms of service of these providers.

TirzTrack makes no claims about the effectiveness, safety, or appropriateness of any medication, including but not limited to Tirzepatide, Semaglutide, or any GLP-1 receptor agonist. The app does not endorse, recommend, or prescribe any medication or treatment. Any references to medications are for tracking purposes only.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TIRZTRACK AND ITS CREATORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Inaccurate nutritional data or AI estimates
• Incorrect AI interpretations or outputs
• Data loss or unauthorized access
• Health decisions made based on information in the app
• Service interruptions or technical failures

USE OF TIRZTRACK IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TirzTrack and its creators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

While we strive for accuracy, all data provided by TirzTrack — including but not limited to calorie counts, macro estimates, weight trends, and AI insights — may contain errors. Users should verify important health data with professional tools and qualified healthcare providers before making any health-related decisions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of TirzTrack following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our discretion, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms of Service. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of New York.
